● I implemented and configured the selected ChMS to replace a ten-year old contribution, membership & GL system that the client had been using.

● I selected, purchased, and implemented a $30,000 investment in a budgeting/forecasting software system, Prophix, that reduced budget preparation time from 6 months to 3 months.
● I eliminated a more than $175,000 charge for the new owners of the corporation by leading a post-sale conversion from SAP to Microsoft Great Plains; in less than 3 months
